'Whether it's a Christmas show or summer adventure, my girls and I really love these productions and feel very lucky to have these gentle yet magical events turn up on our doorstep at the local library! Mimi and Mark are truly talented performers and their plays are small but mighty - intimate, interactive and inclusive performances that enchant and inspire both children and grownups. The shows get their learning points and positive messages across in a way that never feels crowbarred or false, and all this is done in tiny spaces while somehow elegantly managing friendly crowd control of the many enthusiastic children! What we love best, though, is their solid and expert theatricality - making a teapot or feather duster come alive, conjuring a motorbike ride with a scarf and a couple of chairs, or teasing the children with a classic "it's behind you" moment - and this is what looks and feels so simple but must in reality be honed by years of experience. We really appreciate Boo to a Goose and all the funding that makes it possible for theatre opportunities like this to come to us locally at such an affordable price... thank you for all the fun!'

‘Amazing show!
Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the show at Saltash Library this afternoon. My daughter was talking about it the whole way home! Such a friendly, fun and safe environment to include all the children to come up with ideas. She’s so inspired now to write her own story! It’s a brilliant way of teaching children without them even realising they are learning as they are just having lots of fun!’ Parent, Saltash Library
‘Wow what a brilliant performance … I was so impressed with the quality of your performance and the captivating way you engaged your audience. It was a great experience for us all.’ Parent, Torquay Library

‘I just wanted to send you a HUGE THANK YOU for show you delivered to our children this morning. The experience which you brought to these children was beautiful to observe. They managed the length of time sitting and listening because of how you varied the senses which they used…’ Teacher, Haytor View Primary School
‘The families were overwhelmed at the quality of the books... spot on for these families many of whom may not even have a hard backed book in their homes. I can not thank you enough, it brought tears to my eyes knowing these families have been given such a wonderful gift.’
